This course has been designed to equip you with the essential supervisory skills required to supervise as a project manager. Learn a range of topics including conflict management, motivation, onboarding, training, and the impact of technology and social media on recruiting and reference checks.

Throughout, you will engage in a range of learning activities, including video lectures, case studies, group discussions, and interactive exercises. In addition, you will learn about the different styles of conflict management and develop strategies for resolving conflicts effectively. You will also explore the different motivational techniques that can be used to drive performance and engage employees.

Among the subjects covered are the costs and benefits of training, including how to design and deliver effective training programs. Grading:

All MicroDiploma courses have different grading systems. For most, it is a combination of homework, assignments, quizzes and exams. Some course grading is 100% based on assignments or exams. An example of the breakdown is listed below.
