173.2 Supervision in the Hospitality Industry

This course introduces students to the supervisory skills they’ll need to succeed in a hospitality career. Topics include: conflict management, motivation, on-boarding, the costs and benefits of training, and the impact of technology and social media on recruiting and reference clerks.
