274.2 Operations Management

<meta name=”robots” content=”noindex”>In this course students will learn managerial concepts related to supply chain industries such as how to structure and layer various tasks among diverse team members as well as how to maintain and develop the various levels involved in a supply chain team. Student will also be introduced executive roles within supply chain industries related to inter-company and bilateral industry relationships. In addition to managing a team, this course also teaches how to manage business goals and to set steps towards achieving operations plans, goals, and quotas.
