Students will gain the knowledge of legal technicalities within the supply chain industry to streamline the business process and enhance overall operations. Topics include enforcing and terminating binding contracts, international trade, and corporate law among others.
This course teaches the technicalities of long-term planning and organizing supply stocks and how a globalized market impacts a highly competitive international supply chain market. Students will learn forward-looking procurement planning as well as the storing and carrying costs which coincide with standard and specialized supply chain transportation methods.
