After logging into https://myneocanada.com, click on your name at the top right and click ‘Profile’.

From here, you can edit your profile as well as view your grades.

In MyNeoCanada, click on your name at the top right, and click on ‘Preferences’.

Under ‘User Account’, click on the link to change your password.

If you cannot log into MyNeoCanada, on the log in screen in MyNeoCanada, click the ‘Forgot your username or password?’ link.

Enter your username or the email you signed up with, and Moodle will send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

Your personal information is always secure with NeoCanada, and we will respect your privacy with any information you give us.

You will need to provide some personal information in order to enroll in courses at NeoCanada.

In MyNeoCanada, click on your name at the top right and select ‘Preferences’.

Under the ‘User Account’ section, click ‘Preferred Language’ and select the language you want MyNeoCanada to display.

Keep in mind, some content will display in English.
