Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund for a partial refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

REFUNDS

To request a refund, send an email to our support team at [email protected]. After approval, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your refund request to receive approval. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE

Modules can be refunded within 3 days of purchasing, less the average textbook cost for the course.
MicroDiplomas can be refunded within 5 days of purchasing, less the average textbook cost for the included courses.
Diplomas can be refunded within 7 days of purchasing, less the average textbook cost for the included courses.
