About This Program
Through this module course in business communications, you will learn the elements of effective communication in today’s fast-paced work environment. Craft clear and persuasive messages and explore a range of communication channels and techniques that are commonly used in the workplace.
As well, develop a solid foundation in written communication, including strategies for creating professional emails, reports, and other business documents and learn to navigate workplace communication situations, such as difficult conversations and negotiations, and explore interpersonal communication strategies for building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

This course is designed for students who are interested in pursuing a career in Supply Chain management. It provides a comprehensive overview of the necessary skills and theories that are used in the daily routine of supply chain professionals.
The course covers a range of topics, including staff management, cultivating strong relationships with suppliers and shippers, and the importance of effective communication in supply chain management. Students will gain practical insights into how to manage staff effectively and ensure that operations run smoothly.
Moreover, the course emphasizes the importance of building strong relationships with suppliers and shippers, exploring techniques for effective supplier and shipper management and how to build long-term partnerships based on trust and collaboration. By examining these topics, students will develop practical skills to optimize supply chain performance, reduce costs, and improve overall business performance.

All diploma courses have different grading systems. For most, it is a combination of homework, assignments, quizzes and exams. Some course grading is 100% based on assignments or exams.
