Program Objectives:

The Organizational Behaviour course is designed to prepare students with a functional understanding of how human behaviour impacts workplace dynamics and performance. By exploring key topics such as situational communication, workplace culture, personal differences, workplace politics, and effective communication strategies, students develop the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate and optimize the dynamics of a professional environment. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:

  • Understand the impact of human behaviour on workplace performance.
  • Identify and navigate workplace dynamics such as situational communication, workplace culture, personal differences, and workplace politics.
  • Develop and maintain healthy communication practices in a professional setting.
  • Optimize individual, team, and group performance through effective communication and behaviour strategies.

 

Through a combination of theoretical concepts and practical application, this course aims to provide students with valuable insights into human behaviour within a professional environment, helping them succeed in their careers.
